I don’t think I am alone when I say September is a great month to start fresh and put plans into place for the next few months. I always feel like it’s the start of a new year which no doubt relates back to school days and now with my own two children in Montessori and National School it is even more apparent.
The Summer absolutely flew by and was packed with markets, some Pop-Up’s and keeping the kids busy! Now it’s time to start making ideas a reality and I am excited and looking forward to the next few months for Fold & Seal.
One of the most interesting things I did over the Summer was a workshop with Sean from Badly Made Books in Cork. It was an introduction to book binding and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was quite therapeutic too. Some of the traditional Japanese stitching was a bit tricky but I have since been glued to You Tube to try and get it right!
Have a great September and happy planning and list making!
